They do things differently over on the Continent, you know… two-day trials are much more of a social occasion as well as a competition and there are many popular events.
One of the best is the Costa Brava Two Day, on November 19-20 this year, which attracts riders from all over and includes a significant British contingent.
Entries tend to be at a premium and the list is filled pretty quickly – however there is a chance for one lucky rider to win for him/herself not only an entry to the trial, but transport for the bike and accommodation for the event as well as doing some good for Manchester Children’s Hospital and a charity for homeless children in the Philippines.
