Paul Cann’s rare-to-the-UK 1968 Suzuki T305 scooped the Best In Show accolade at the recent Carole Nash Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show at Stafford.
The 305cc T305 Raider was produced for US markets, and achieved by simply boring out the twin-cylinder two-stroke T250 Hustler.
This example was brought to the UK by Paul just before the same event last year.
He’s since put in lots of hard work and used specialist suppliers and service providers to restore it to pristine condition, his project being rewarded with the highly sought-after honour, a trophy and £100 first prize at the event held over the weekend of October 17/18.
