Last year some 5,000 people came to the World Round, held over two days at the Cumbrian venue for the fourth consecutive year. Toni Bou won the round beating Raga then spent time with the Apico team, signing autographs and chatting to the fans.
This year Putoline has joined forces with Apico and become title sponsors. Riders including Hebo sponsored Toni Bou and Adam Raga will be joined by Putoline and the UK’s 2013 number one rider Michael Brown and current joint championship leader and Forma sponsored rider James Dabill amongst a host of the world’s finest riders the sport has to offer.
The GP also plays host to the youth trail run by Yeadon and Guiseley C + D and electric trials on the Friday evening.
All the big manufacturers including Beta, Gas Gas, Ossa and Jota Gas will be there, along with electric bike specialists Oset and Mecatecno.
