At least, that’s what RealClassic reader Ken Rawlinson hopes – he’s in charge of organising the motorcycle side of things. So we’re spreading the word on his behalf. If you have a suitable old bike to show off to the general public, and would enjoy an afternoon of musical merriment, then you’d be very welcome to join the fun.
The Sussex Jazz Kings will be providing the aural entertainment. The band are donating their fee to ‘Help for Heroes’ and the hotel are not charging for the hire of the hall. The advance ticket price of £10 will go to H4H, with refreshments on sale including a ‘special jazz menu’.
If you bring your classic along to join the display then you’ll qualify for FREE admission to the show, although donations to H4H are encouraged – and don’t miss out on the great grub. Says Ken; ‘The band is very good – not just if you like trad jazz because they are very easy listening and play all over the UK and abroad.’
