The Lansdowne circus is one of many attractions at Donington’s classic racing festival over August 9-11. Colin Seeley is also organising a lot of special machines to be on display too.

• ‘Cheers’ to the Borders Show
This year’s Borders Classic Bike Show will take place at Lacon Childe School, Cleo Mortimer, Shrops on September 14-15.

All of the monies raised at the show will be given to local community charities.

• Fluff Brown
Well-known classic enthusiast, dealer and competitor Fluff Brown, best known for his association with Cotton and AJS two-strokes, passed away on July 4, aged 82. Condolences are expressed to his family.
