The list of famous names that have worn a Davida helmet include princes and kings of royal households from around the world, yet surely the most infamous must be the Prince of Darkness himself, Satan, as personified by José Manuel de Sousa in Dominik Scherrer’s anarchic 1998 motorbike-opera Hell For Leather.
If you can’t make it to Lisbon you can catch a screening of the film in London at the end of May 2013, dates to be announced (www.davida.co.uk) where you can also enter the Davida competition to win one of three signed copies of the Hell For Leather DVD.
